1. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Optional early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15 per hour, subject to availability. This arrangement must be approved by the host in advance (ideally the day before arrival or departure), and payment must be made through your guest portal sent via hospitable. 2. Sofa Bed & Additional Linens If a reservation is for two guests or fewer and guests wish to use the sofa bed and require an additional set of linens, a $25 linen fee will apply. This fee is waived for reservations with three or more registered guests. 3. EV Charger Use Use of the Level II EV charger is available for $25 per stay for reservations of five nights or fewer. Please contact the host regarding pricing for longer stays. 4.. Checkout Procedures & Penalty Guests are required to complete the checkout procedures outlined in the house manual, including starting the dishwasher and a load of laundry before departure. Failure to complete these procedures may result in a $50 additional cleaning fee. We are able to offer a lower cleaning fee because most guests assist with these simple checkout tasks, which help reduce turnover time between reservations. Additional Visitors & Registered Guests Additional visitors or guests (daytime or overnight) are not permitted without prior approval from the host. The property entrance is monitored by a security camera. Guests agree to pay $20 per person, per day for any approved additional visitors or overnight guests.
